April 15

Eng: I was in Enköping today and tooks ome new pictures of the latest build progress - enjoy.

Eng: This is the main entrance to Minicars Distribution and Magdalenas Office Hotel. The elevator will be to the right and some nicer stairs (then what you can see on the pics) to the left.

Eng: Now when most of the glass is in place the house starts to look much nicer. I think that the visible wood sheets will be covered with the final metal sheets on the front side of the house within a couple of weeks.

Eng: Hopefully this fall you can sit here and eat a nice lunch whatching all the cars go by... :)

Eng: Most of the windows in the retail stores are in place now, just a few are missing.

Eng: The ventilation and climat system is like most things on the house quite impressive.

Eng: Now most of the windows are installed on level 2 where the offices are.

Eng: we have plenty of space to rent out in the basement...

Eng: On level 3 (entresol) there is a couple of new ventilation units, they will connect to some units on the roof.

Eng: Our Futaba service guy Kaj Johansson was up in the air taking some new aerial photos this past weekend. In the top picture you can also see the nearby newly built 30.000 sqm logistic center of KG Knutsson AB (white roofed BIG building up to the right).
