Juli 25-26

Nu närmar sig flytten med stormsteg! Den gångna helgen var vi tre/fyra stycken som Lithurin behandlade betonggolven på låg-lagret. Nu är den delen ganska klar för inflyttning.

Nu på torsdag eftermiddag (30 juli) stänger vi verksamheten i Uppsala. På fredag fortsätter vi att plocka och packa delar på lagret inför flytten...

Lördag och söndag (1-2 augusti) flyttar vi!

Eng: The move to our new warehouse is now very close! This past weekend we where three/four guys sealing some of the warehouse concrete floors with "Lithurin".

On Thursday (July 30) we close the business in Uppsala. From friday we start preparing for the final move to Enköping. This upcoming Saturday and Sunday (August 1-2) we will do the final move - wish us luck... :)

På höglagret är det numera en komplett uppsättning av pallställ. Den högsta "hyllan" sitter 6 meter upp.

Eng: There is now a pallet system in the 560 sqm sized high-rise warehouse. The highest level is 6 meter from the floor.



Vi köpte en begagnad palllyftare ganska nyligen - vi får se om vi behåller den. Den kan i alla fall lyfta pallarna över 6 meter upp.

Eng: we bought this used old beat-up truck quite recently - we'll see if we keep it... It can at least lift the pallets 6+ meters up.

Rengöring av de slipade betonggolven tog hela lördagen i anspråk. Det här är ganska precis mitt i huset och till vänster ser man ingången till hissautomaterna (de skall installeras senare i höst).

Eng: The cleaning of the concrete floors took all Saturday to do. This part is pretty much in the middle of the house. To the left you'll see the entrance to the automated elevator rack systems (they will be installed later this fall).

Den här ytan (där det står överbliven ventilations utrustning) är vad som är kvar att Lithurin behandla - men vi orkade inte flytta på dessa prylar ned i källaren... Vi fixar det efter inflyttningen.

Eng: This part of the flooring is still to be treated with Lithurin at the warehouse. We'll fix it after we have moved in.

Vi har redan ganska bra med uppmonterade plåthyllor på plocklagret. Här kommer det att vara mycket delar om en vecka. :)

Eng: There is already quite a lot of standard shelf racks in the warehouse now. But within a week it will be slightly more stuff here... :)

Den vänstra delen är behandlad med Lithurin IIS och är nästan torr så att man kan gå på den, den i mitten är under behandling och till höger är den rengjord och preparerad med Lithurin primer/härdare... Man skall hålla topp "lacken" blöt och gnida in medlet under 20-30 minuter. Tänk på att vi gjorde runt 6-700 kvadrat meter... Två gånger på 7 timmar...

Eng: The left part of the smoothened concrete floor is treated with Lithurin IIS and is almost dry so one can walk on it. The part in the middle is wet and being "massaged" and the right hand side is cleaned and primed with the Lithurin hardener. The top coat of Lithurin IIS should be kept wet and "massaged" for 20-30 minutes before let dry. Do note, we did 6-700 sqm of flooring like this... Twice in 7 hours...
