Augusti 27 - asfaltering!

I dag har NCC börjat asfaltera på framsidan av huset (parkering). Vecka 37 skall de asfaltera resten inklusive baksidan där vi har varumottagning och laskajerna etc. Asfaltsytan de lade på framsidan är runt 2000 kvadratmeter stor.

Eng: They have started to pave the front side parking today. In two weeks they will asphalt the rest including the backside of the house. The total square area they paved is about 2000 sqm.







Den här ytan på kortsidan av huset skall asfalteras i vecka 37 - det skall grävas ned ett par värmeledningar i marken först (is/snö). Det skall upp stolpar för ett räcke också så att man ej kan ramla över kanten till garagenedfarten.

Eng: This part will be paved in two weeks. But first they will dig down some heating tubes for defrosting ice/snow in the winter... We will also add some posts on the outer edge and make a fence so you dont fall down into the garage driveway...

Kantstenarna runt garagenedfarten förlängs upp och bildar kantstenar runt asfalten (läggs vecka 37). Det mesta av detta förarbete bör vara klart om en vecka.

Eng: The wall stones go all the way up and will be the edge around the paved asphalt at the drive way entrance to the front side of the house. All this preparation work will be ready in a week from now (paved the week after).

Detaljbild - stuprören på framsidan av huset går ned i marken genom fästet till de kommande lutande stolparna som går från marken och till ytterkanten av det utskjutande taket.

Eng: a detail shot of the drainage pipes on the frontside of the building that goes through the lower mount for an upcoming wooden pole that will go all the way up to the roof.


Infarten skall asfalteras vecka 37.

Eng: the entry driveway will be paved in two weeks from now.

Alex gräver ned stolparna som skall bilda ett räcke runt ovankanten på muren till garage nedfarten.

Eng: Alex is digging holes for the posts that will be the base for the fence around the top edge of the garage drive-way wall.





Färdigt för den här gången - runt 2000 kvm asfalt blev det på framsidan av huset. Sedan skall det monteras en del "kant-spik-sten" runt kanterna, parkeringsrutor målas upp samt belysningsstolpar skall resas mm. Runt asfalten skall det anläggas gräsmatta också.

Eng: Its done for now. Aprox 2000 sqm asphalt on the front side of the building. It will be some edge stones surrounding the asphalt, the white car parking pocket lines will be painted and lightning poles will be raised. Surrounding the asphalt there will be a lawn later on.

Inom två veckor kommer det mesta av den här ytan att vara fixad och nästan klar (gräsmattan kommer senare).

Eng: Within two weeks most of this part will be fixed and almost one (the lawn will be added at a later date).
