På måndag gjuter de golvet i butikslokalerna på Annelundsgatan 17D. Det här skall bli två butikslokaler. Vi återkommer med mer information när allt är officiellt & 100% klart med hyresgästerna som skall flytta in...

English: This upcoming Monday they will mold the concrete floors in what will become two new retail shops - the address to them will be Annelundsgatan 17D.



Det här några pallar med plastfack till lagerhyllorna i de nya lagerhissarna.

English: There's a few pallets of plastic trays that will hold the parts that will go into the elevator rack systems.

Den här maskinen är laddad med hyllor och nästan klar.

English: This machine is loaded with shelves and is almost done.

Det är totalt 27 pallar med lagerhyllor som skall matas in i de fyra lagerhissarna... De sväljer många delar!

English: There is in total 27 pallets of shelves that will be fed to the elevator rack system machines. They swallow lots of parts!

Våra kontor som vätter mot E18.

Alex slipar betonggolven på våning 3 (entresol planet).

English: Alex is grinding and polishing the concrete floors at the mezzanine (level 3). Its a loud and dirty job but somebody got to do it...




Butiksinredningen till hobbybutiken på Annelundsgatan 17B har anlänt. Vi återkommer med mer info vad gäller invigningsdatum etc.

English: The new interior for the hobbyshop has arrived.

Den nedersta delen av garagenedfarten är numera asfalterad. Byggbodarna har äntligen tagits bort också. Till höger där ni ser ett par containrar skall det antagligen bli mer parkeringsplatser men troligtvis inte förrän nästa år.

English: The lowest part of the driveway down to the garage is now paved. To the right where there's still a couple of containers there will most likely be more parking spaces but not until next year.


Ytan där off-road banan skall vara har nu i veckan fått ett extra tillskott av grus.

English: extra gravel for the off-road track.

September 10 - lagerhissar

Det här är en av fyra "motorer" till våra Weland lagerhissar. Notera, de kallar dem 4WD - det sitter faktiskt ett drivhjul i vardera hörn... ;)

English: This is one of four "motors" to our Weland elevator rack systems. Note, they call them 4WD... ;)

De två vänstra lagerhissarna i källaren. När de är färdiginstallerade kommer de att vara inklädda med skyddsplåtar.

English: The two left racks in the basement. When they are ready all this will be enclosed in covers.

Det ser ut som det mesta av kablarna är färdigdragna.

English: It looks like most of the wiring is done.


Det här är vad som kommer att bli huvudcentralen för utmatning av produkter som skall plockas och skickas när väl lagerhissarna är klara samt dess mjukvara är "integrerad" till vårt affärssystem.

English: This is what will become the main outlet of parts that is going to be shipped out from the warehouse once they are ready and the software communicates with our business software.

090909 - asfaltering

Dagens dos av asfalteringsbilder. De är nästan klara nu - endast en kort bit nederst vid garagenedfarten är kvar att asfaltera (de körde slut på asfalt så de skall fixa den för hand "inom ett par dagar").

English: Todays batch of pavement pics. They're almost done now. Its only the bottom part of the driveway down to the garage that needs to be done. Actually, they run out of asphalt for today so they will come back "within a couple of days" and pave the last few square meters.

September 8 - asfaltering

Idag har NCC asfalterat hela baksidan där vi har varumottagning och lastkajer etc - det ser bra ut! I morgon bitti skall de fixa resterande delar på kortsidan av huset.

English: Today they have paved the complete backside of our building where we have the loading docks etc. Tomorrow morning they will fix the rest... :)
